For some reason I find fish and fish tanks very interesting. I bought my first cichlid in July and put it in an old lizard tank I found in the garage. Since then I have read very piece of information I could find about the fish, how they mate and bought a ridiculous amount of fish and fish tanks. The guy above is a male red shoulder peacock cichlid found in Lake Malawi in Africa. On October 20 he spawned with 3 females and on November 5 I stripped about 100 babies from the moms. The picture below the fish are about 45 minutes old. Now they are 7 days old (third picture) and have almost doubled in size and are worth a dollar a piece.

my last cichlid died. i’ll be calling you once i get my new apartment in louisville. i’d rather get fish from you and take some of those off your hands. i only have a 30 gallon tank right now so i can only take a few.
